Hundreds of tons of delicious, free, buttered corn on the cob are given away each year during the three-day Cokato Corn Carnival in Minnesota. Held in Peterson Park in the center of Cokato following an opening day parade, the event includes live entertainment, rides and games — including corn bingo — and many concessions. The free corn-on-the-cob is served on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons from 4-8pm.
