It's Best Adaptation

The latest film/tv version of Stephen King's coming-of-age horror story, It, is "a masterpiece of adaptation," according to CinemaBlend.

"When children begin to disappear in the town of Derry, Maine, a group of young kids are faced with their biggest fears when they square off against an evil clown named Pennywise, whose history of murder and violence dates back for centuries."

A 1990 miniseries starring Tim Curry did its take on It, but there is "no question the big screen movie adaption is superior," according to CinemaBlend, again.

In addition to It, 50 or more of the author's novels, novellas and short stories have been adapted into feature films, television shows and miniseries.
