New Inn From The 16th Century

In the quaint Dorset village of Church Knowle near the ruins of Corfe Castle, The Good Pub Guide found The New Inn housed in a partly thatched 16th century structure that was once part of a working farm. “The main bar has an open fire in a stone fireplace, high-backed leather dining chairs and cushioned wall settles around heavy rustic tables on a red patterned carpet and quite a few stools against the counter.” This pub is especially popular with walkers and day hikers traveling the Dorset Coast Path.
