Festival Description
Collinsville, Illinois, produces approximately 60 percent of the world's horseradish and is the self-proclaimed International Horseradish Capitol of the World. This festival celebrates the local crop with pageants, games, food booths, and numerous opportunities to purchase freshly ground horseradish directly from the local growers.
